When it comes to coffee, Ryan knows his sh… ah stuff. Since the age of 16, he has worked his way up in the coffee world and now holds the status of owner for Roast Coffee Company. Ryan has put his knowledge to good use because, even though Roast is in its early stages, it has become a great success on Milwaukee’s east side. With his HIGHLY energetic personality, Ryan has definitely made his coffee shop a welcoming place to be. Want to know what the coffee man drinks? A double short latte steamed to 120.

Jeremiah is probably one of the most familiar faces at Roast. With his laid back personality, he is known as the “hot hippy guy.” While many would consider Jer the flirt, you’ll see how easy it is to strike up a conversation with him. Since the very beginning of Roast, Jer has been a dedicated and devoted to making the best espresso drinks out there. How Jer gets his dose of caffeine? An iced Americano Misto with soy.

What a better way than to start your morning off than with a warm hello from Lyndsey. She definitely wears her heart on her sleeve and makes the atmosphere a pleasant one. Not only does she open week day mornings, but she attends the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee full time. She is planning to major in Conservation Environmental Sciences. She likes to mix up her drink of choice, but the Choco Chai never fails.

There is a little Brigitte in all of us…sweet, caring, and kindhearted. You will find her working the weekend mornings pulling shots and brewing coffee with a smile. She has a great passion for coming across new bands so you can count on a diverse selection of tunes playing during her shift. She’s usually sipping on an extra hot skim latte…but when she’s feeling a little crazy; she’ll opt for a CHOY. One of her favorite things about Roast is being able to enjoy a cup of strong coffee while reading the Sunday Newspaper.
